We ship all orders once a week on Tuesdays. Any order received after 12pm on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

We ship within a 2 day shipping range from our facility. If you are outside of that area, please call and special arrangements can be made to get your cheese to you.

At this time, we do not ship cheese in the months of June, July, and August due to the large extra expense in shipping to keep the cheese cool. If you really would like to order our cheese during that time, you may email us and make a special request.

If you receive cheese that is a little warm and soft, please refrigerate and cheese should be in good shape!

If there are retail outlets in your area that we could partner with to provide cheese for your area, please drop us a note of the retailer info and we will see if we can work with them to provide bulk product for your area!
